SavvyXWear Refund and Cancellation

Got a change of heart? No worries!

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item from your SavvyXWear order, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a quick guide on how to handle refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations:

• Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
• However, you can still return your unwanted items for a full refund following our return policy (see below).

Returns & Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

• Initiate Your Return/Exchange: Head over to our Returns Portal: [link to return portal] (This link will be provided by SavvyXWear). Enter your order number and email address to get started.
• Choose Your Option: Select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred option: a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size/color (subject to availability).
• Print & Pack: You’ll receive a pre-paid return shipping label to print out. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and attach the label.
• Drop it Off: Simply drop off the package at your nearest courier partner location.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5-7 business days), your refund will be processed.
• We’ll send the money back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).
• Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to you free of charge.
